Since 2010 Igloo Music UK has been helping students throughout Hampshire to nurture their natural talent and enjoy the joys of music. As a fledgling business, they knew that they had to grow their business and that online advertising was the key to doing this.
Our first step was to identify the most relevant terms being used by prospective students and assess the online competition. This allowed us to create a plan of action for short-term and long-term goals for the website.
The first step of this process focused on targeting the local area to help bring relevant traffic to the website and start building up Igloo’s online visibility. With visitors now able to find the website and enquiries starting to increase we were then able to look at the bigger picture and focus on the wider geographic areas.
While the short-term goals were targeted on driving relevant traffic to the website the long-term goals focused on helping Igloo to grow their business and offer new workshops, groups and lessons. This involved additional on-site work to optimise new website pages for the chosen phrases and geographic areas as well as offsite work to help develop the link profile of the business.
Our goal was to help improve the overall search rankings for the website and help ensure customers were able to easily find Igloo when carrying out searches on Google.
