The Brief

The Diamond Shop was looking for a way to grow their business and show off their stunning range of handmade Sapphire jewellery. Instead of adding this collection to their existing website they wanted to create a new website that was focused solely on this aspect of the business. What they needed was a website that highlighted their bespoke service, was easy to use, simple to update, mobile-friendly and of course a site that looked the part.

The Solution

With pretty much a blank canvas to start from the first step was to develop a brand for the new website. The design needed to be in-line with their current branding to highlight the association between the two different websites. Once the logo and branding were complete we could then take this forward as a style basis for the new site.

While the design was being developed our copywriting team started on the creation of the content for the new website. Following a detailed briefing with one of the business partners, Elliott, we were able to produce content to convey the bespoke nature and craftsmanship of the jewellery.

Once the designs and content were signed off it was time for our development team to take over and transform the concept into a working website. Using the WordPress content management system as the platform for the website would allow the Sapphire Shop to update their website whenever they wanted.
