Ivan Rowland

Co-founder of firstfound and Dermot O'Leary lookalike. No, really, just check out his photograph. Approachable and very much the socialite, Ivan is also known to be efficient, direct, calculated and driven. There are also some who would say Ivan 'rules with an iron fist' but we don't say that when he's around...

Sharon Kovacs

Methodical, lynch pin, project manager, organiser, oracle of knowledge and dynamic manager. Often seen as 'the glue which holds the team together', Sharon is a core member of firstfound and is involved in just about every aspect of the business. She also has a soft spot for cats and is rather fond of horses...

Martin Shaughnessy

Martin is one of the longest serving team leaders at firstfound and is our in-house training expert. The consummate professional, always cool under pressure, Martin is a natural motivator with a 'stern but fair' approach to his work. He has also been described by his colleagues as 'loveable and cuddly'.

Paul Cunningham

The thing with Paul is that to get his hair to look so perfectly dishevelled takes the best part of his day. His pink shirts are now part of the very fabric of the office and, let's face it, looking this good doesn't just happen overnight. What most people don't realise is that Paul is incredibly good with numbers; some even say a maths genius.

Keith Dean

Ask people to describe Keith in a few words and they'll respond with helpful, a lateral thinker and even 'Google guru'. What they probably won't know is that Keith's first love is great outdoors, miles away from the nearest internet connection. His ambition? to be featured on a GoogleMap aerial photograph, preferably on top of a mountain!

Aron Draper

Did someone say "Daring Draper"? Well when it comes to coding, Aron is certainly that and more - firstfound's undisputed PHP expert! Unflappable in the face of adversity: hard-code, hard-house music, hard-house website. Come on, give him a challenge... a proper challenge!

Andrew Wilson
